By installing or using AdClipper ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.

1. What AdClipper Does

AdClipper is a Chrome extension that allows users to download publicly available media (images, videos) and ad copy text from the Facebook Ad Library — a public transparency tool provided by Meta.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use AdClipper for personal research, competitive analysis, creative inspiration, and professional marketing purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Extension to harvest data at scale for resale or redistribution.
• Circumvent any authentication, paywall, or access controls on any website.
• Use downloaded content in a way that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual Property of Downloaded Content

Media downloaded via AdClipper may be subject to copyright owned by the original advertisers or Meta. AdClipper does not grant you any rights to that content — it only facilitates downloading what is publicly visible. You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded materials.

4. Pro License

• A Pro license is valid for use on up to 3 devices simultaneously.
• Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges and include all future updates to the Extension.
• If we detect abuse of the license (sharing keys publicly, exceeding device limits repeatedly), we reserve the right to revoke the license without refund.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund for all plans — no questions asked. Contact us at support@adclipper.earthloomholdings.com within 7 days of purchase.

6. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep AdClipper functional after Facebook Ad Library layout changes and aim to release fixes within 24 hours. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary downtime.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AdClipper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all future versions of Chrome or the Facebook Ad Library.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdClipper and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
